Axial Turbine Design Online Training (Theory and Workshop)
This course will familiarize students with the basics of steam and gas turbine design. The program includes theoretical knowledge as well as hands-on experience with industry-leading software tools. It begins with a theoretical overview of turbine thermodynamics, gas dynamics and cycles, to continue with preliminary design, detailed design, analysis and optimization of axial turbines at the 1D, 2D and 3D levels including 3D blade design, FEA and CFD analysis.
In addition to the course contents, all registrants will receive a trial software license of AxSTREAM EDU to supplement the subject matter.

Axial Turbine Workshop
This workshop covers the software portion of the Axial Turbine Design Online Training and will guide students through the full design, analysis, redesign and optimization of axial turbines for any working fluid using the AxSTREAM® platform. The program will start with preliminary design before moving on to meanline and streamline calculations, blade profiling and stacking, geometry import, to finish with 3D FEA and 3D CFD analyses.
In addition to the course contents, all registrants will receive a trial software license of AxSTREAM EDU to supplement the subject matter.

Radial Turbine Design Online Training (Theory and Workshop)
The goal of this flexible training is to provide engineers with a better understanding of radial turbines and help them find new, more accurate, cost-saving solutions through successful radial turbine design and operation tasks. API Standards In Rotor Dynamics Seminar
The seminar discusses how API standards can be treated and why these rules should be satisfied. Attention will be paid to rotor dynamics analysis reports and understanding of what information must be presented, how to interpret that information and associated charts with results, and what conclusions can be drawn about reliability. Fundamentals including an overview and theoretical background of rotor dynamics, as well as practical cases for different rotor-bearing systems, are also considered to give a clear understanding of the subject.
